- Initial Consultation
- The process begins with a complimentary consultation after you get in touch with us through our website, email or phone. During this, you’ll discuss your vision for your special day, your preferred wedding date and venue, and your budget.
- Venue Selection & Proposal
- Once we have a clear idea of your preferences and requirements, Harmony Weddings Thailand will suggest a selection of venues in Thailand for your consideration.
- Once the venue is selected and confirmed, we will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the services and costs involved in your wedding package. This proposal will include a comprehensive breakdown of all services provided by us, and a detailed budget outlining all costs associated with the wedding.
- Contract
- After reviewing and approving the proposal, a contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties, and a deposit will be required to secure Harmony Weddings Thailand’s services. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your wedding, and the final balance will be due one month prior to the wedding day. Once the contract is signed, we will begin working on your wedding, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the lead-up to your big day.
- Design & planning
- The planning process begins, our team coordinates all aspects of your wedding, from designing the decor to selecting vendors, managing the budget, and overseeing the execution of the wedding day. We’re happy to be as hands-on or hands-off with the planning process as you’d like, providing a client-focused, tailored approach.
- We’ll work with you to create a customized wedding plan that suits your individual needs and preferences. This plan will include everything from vendor selection to décor and design to ensure that your wedding day is everything you’ve dreamed of.
- Coordination & execution
- Throughout the planning process, you’ll stay in regular communication with your dedicated wedding planner, who will provide frequent updates and progress reports.
- You’ll have many opportunities for feedback and input, ensuring that your wedding is everything you dreamed it would be.
- As your wedding day approaches, your wedding planner will ensure that all final details are in place, including transportation, accommodations, and any special requests. Days before you wedding, we’ll be on site for inspections and to take care of any final issues.
- On the big day, Harmony Weddings Thailand will be on hand to coordinate all vendors and logistics. We’ll ensure that everything from setup and decor to managing vendors and coordinating with the wedding party runs smoothly and stress-free. You’ll be free to enjoy your special day.
